We want to ensure that  our age-restricted e-cigarette products are kept out of the hands of minors, which is why we have teamed up with 1account in order to verify our customers' age at point of sale. 

In England and Wales, it is illegal to sell vape products (including e-liquids or devices) to anyone under the age of 18. As our online sales are not face-to-face, we use 1account to confirm your age digitally. 

When you place an order with us, you will be taken through to your order confirmation page. If you have not been age verified by 1account previously, a pop-up will appear that will ask you to enter your information in order for your identity to be confirmed. 

With the current climate of data protection, we would like to make sure all of our customers are aware that we do not access or see any of this extra data, and can still only see what you have inputted into our website directly.

The information you provide to 1account will likely be one of the following;

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your name
• Your address

1account check this data against the Edited Electoral Register, mobile networks, KYC (Know Your Customer) API and their own Verified Userbase (assuming you already have a verified account with them.) Once you've been approved once, you should never need to be approved again, including on other sites that also use 1account Age Verification.

In the event that your age cannot be verified using your name, email address, phone number or billing address, you will be asked to verify your age but submitting details such as your date of birth, your driving license number or a credit or debit card number.  Once you have been verified, your account will automatically be updated on our website to show that you are of legal age to purchase e-cigarette products, and you won't need to go through this process again if your purchase from us in the future.

Please note that orders cannot be processed or dispatched until you have been age verified. Any customers that have not completed this process will be directly contacted by a member of the team. In the event that a customer fails the age verification process and cannot provide a valid form of ID, your order will be cancelled and a full refund processed.

Couriers:

We work hard to ensure that you receive your product as fast as possible. We ship all online orders with Royal Mail to offer you a quick and reliable service that arrives on time. Please note that these delivery timeframes are from the date of dispatch and not from the date of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) - £4.50

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 - 3 business days) - £3.50

When you spend over £25 on your order, you will receive Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery completely free.

We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day, excluding Bank Holiday Weekends. You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation, and also receive SMS and email updates from Royal Mail in regards to your delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimated. 

If you have placed your order after 3pm on a Friday, your order will not be fulfilled until the following Monday due to our opening times (excluding Bank Holiday Weekends).

Although we strive to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday), we can experience delays. If you are unsure of the status of your order, please refer to your order confirmation email or get in touch with us.  

Delivery Issues:

If your order has not arrived within the time stated, we advise that you use your tracking number for relevant updates via the courier website. You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email by clicking 'view my order'. 

Although the majority of orders are delivered within the relevant time frame, couriers can expect delays. As a retailer, once a parcel is passed to a courier the delivery is completely out of our hands. If you have experienced an issue with your delivery and have exhausted the courier's tracking portal, please contact our team on hello@888vapour.com who will be more than happy to help.

We advise that all customers check their delivery addresses before a purchase is completed. As we use an automated integration system, delivery address errors are not always flagged which can delay your order being delivered to you on time. If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
