Shipping policy

We ship all of our online orders via Royal Mail, on either a 24 or 48-hour service. The flat rate for 24 delivery is £4.50, and the flat rate for 48 delivery is £3.50. We also offer all customers free 24 hours delivery on orders over £25.

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day, with any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays being processed the following Monday. This is due to our Head Office being closed on weekends.

Please note that once orders are in the hands of our courier, delivery time is completely out of our hands. If you have not received your order in the time frame expected, or cannot use the tracking information provided, please contact us at hello@888vapour.com or using the chat function.
