How to choose the right vape kit

The kit that works depends on how you smoke, not how experienced you are with vaping. Two questions settle it for most people: how heavily do you smoke, and do you prefer a tight, cigarette-like draw or a looser, airier one?

Heavy smokers — 20 a day or more — tend to do better with a nicotine salt pod kit running at 10–20W. The restricted airflow mimics a cigarette draw and the salt nicotine absorbs fast enough to manage cravings. Light to moderate smokers have more flexibility; a standard starter kit or pen-style device at lower wattage is usually enough.

Sub-ohm kits and advanced mods are built for cloud production and flavour intensity. Sub-ohm and advanced mods

High-wattage kits with sub-ohm coils (below 1.0Ω) produce significantly more vapour than pod or starter kits. They pair with high-VG shortfill e-liquids at lower nicotine strengths — typically 3mg or 6mg freebase. Output is adjustable from around 40W up to 200W on some devices.
