You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation, and also receive SMS and email updates from Royal Mail in regards to your delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimated.
If you have placed your order after 2.30pm on a Friday, your order will not be fulfilled until the following Monday due to our opening times (excluding Bank Holiday Weekends).

Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the time stated, we advise that you use your tracking number for relevant updates via the courier website. You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email by clicking 'view my order'.
Although the majority of orders are delivered within the relevant time frame, couriers can expect delays. As a retailer, once a parcel is passed to a courier the delivery is completely out of our hands.
