Refunds and Returns Policy

Unwanted Products

Any products that have been purchased (including e-liquid*) that are no longer wanted can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that in order for us to accept unwanted products, they must be sealed in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All unwanted products are subject to an inspection when they are received by our team, who will keep you updated throughout the entire returns process.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned unwanted products that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes (excluding faulty products). Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product where possible. In the event of a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to make the process as easy as possible, and discuss whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Faulty products

It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns process as easy as possible.

On all hardware products (such as kits, mods, tanks and batteries), we offer a free complimentary 1 month warranty as standard. The majority of hardware products also include a one year manufacturers warranty that covers you in the event that your 888 Vapour warranty has expired. Please note that manufacturer warranties are only valid if you have registered the device with the direct manufacturer - manufacturer warranty cards are always included in the original product packaging so please keep this safe. If the fault occurs within six months of purchase (or delivery) we will always offer you either an exchange or refund if a fault is confirmed following our inspection. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. If a fault cannot be found and the device is working as it should be, we are unable to offer either a refund or exchange and the device will be returned to you. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. You will be kept updated throughout this process.

Damaged Products

If you unpack your product and find it damaged which has affected the usage, please notify us as soon as possible on 01522 244880 or hello@888vapour.com so that we can get this rectified for you. In this case, we may ask for photos.

Incorrect/Missing Products

Although mistakes are rare, if you encounter an error with your order, please contact us on 01522 244880, hello@888vapour.com or via our live chat. Any errors or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they are received at our head office. This includes unwanted and faulty products. Please note that we are unable to process an exchange or refund for a product when it is not to your liking. We advise that you ensure that the product you are wanting to purchase is suitable for your needs before you order, as we are unable to cover these circumstances under our policy. You are also more than welcome to contact us if you are not sure on what product to purchase, and we will be more than happy to advise you. 

Please note if you experience a fault with a product purchased in one of our stores, please return it to the store that you purchased it from where our staff will be more than happy to help.
